I am new to this forum and I am considering buying a property in either Paralimni or Kapparis.  Does anybody have any advice on these areas e.g. are the amenities open all year round or any other advantages of either area.

I would appreciate any comments on both areas.

I am looking for someone to open up and close a very small semi detached villa approx two to three times a year in April and September. Length of stay each time is 4/6 weeks. This is in Liopetri. It is used by an older couple only and not rented out.

It is a two bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen/lounge(all in one). Roof terrace. Stamped concrete outside.

It would involve general cleaning, windows etc. making up two beds, cleaning roof terrace and setting up furniture which is stored inside the house. Tidying up outside. At end of holiday - cleaning, emptying fridge etc. washing of bedding, towels and any other bits that might need doing.

Fingers crossed. I can arrange for someone to be shown around.

I'm looking for a carpenter to fix.replace an interior door frame in frenaros at short notice, the door has come off and because the wood is cracked/screw coming out I cant put the door back in.

Its only one slat that needs replacing as the rest is fine

Hi all, here in Paralimni looking for our forever home. Using our laptop for searches etc. Went to turn it of last night and got the usual request "update and shut down " so selected that option (wishing I hadn't) now today,  nothing, no lights, bleeps, whiring,  checked battery all good, checked power supply all good. If anyone know anything about laptops please help we are literally stuck without it.  Tried tanking battery off and unplugging it, held the start button for 30 sec for hard restart but nothing laptop is a hp 15ay430na if that helps, see pics. My father-in-law had a stroke a couple of months ago and has been cared for really well at Akecion Procare on the road in between Liopetri & Frenaros; he is due to come out at the end of next week; my wife and I are able to be with him here for the next month or so but are looking for someone to be able to come and help him wash and cook a couple of times a week.

we own a house that he lives in on Protara Ave just outside Paralimni town centre, any help or pointers in the right direction to find some home help would be greatly appre iated please.
