Anyone know who I contact to get rubbish such as mattresses removed from outside my building please

4 bedroom detached villa in Paralimni, very near April 1st Street. Situated on a plot with two other villas and a large shared swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom, 3 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Downstairs is a very large lounge/dining room and a separate large kitchen. There is also a downstairs wc/shower room. looking for mature plants or quick growing plants to create a bit of privacy at front of house. been told cannot put aluminium fence higher than 1.2mts so I need to use plants. Any ideas or suggestions very welcome
