Hi,

I've recently returned to Cyprus but to the Famagusta region. I previously lived in Paphos for 3 years, I would like to ask if any expats live in or know the area, as this side of the island is new to me.

I will specifically be staying for a while in the Derynia (republic) region. I will be locating there in the next few days.

I love walking and exploring but have to rely on transport/buses, I also enjoy the café culture and meeting people. In addition, I'm a keen amateur photographer and writer.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who has some advice and maybe making a few friends.

My partner and I will be moving over to Cyprus this year, I am 65 this year and my partner 63. We were wondering

if we should take out a medical Insurance policy to cover our healthcare. We are not quite sure how it all works, can anyone enlighten us

We will be staying in Deryneia for a month at a time, how do we find a GP if we need to use one for a non emergency and a dentist if we need emergency treatment?
