Thinking of investing in a studio apartment

Hi,

I'm looking for some advice/information please. I was thinking of investing in a studio apartment in Peyia. Primarily to rent out but hopefully for a couple of holidays per year for myself :) I just wondered what the demand for apartments was like under normal circumstances (ie. not Covid). Also, are the house prices pretty stable in Cyprus please?
