Hello and especially to any Paschali built developments.

I am hearing that bio chemical plant machinery is needed at these residential complexes and it is likely Paschali has not installed them.

I hear the owners not the developer will possibly be liable and at a potentially huge cost.

I have tried to genuinely reach out to private owners at other complexes and get nowhere for some reason though I am aware why.  I will not rest on this matter and will take legal advice. This is my investment no one elses and I am only out to gain information as I suspect most private owners have no idea about this situation.

I urge Paschali owners to get in touch to see what information we have and if anyone has definitive advice on this topic I would be interested to hear.

Also can any owners let me know if their development has issued cover permit for trapped buyers title deed applications - again I am going to the law for counsel.

Look forward to hearing from private owners. Many thanks.
