I have a villa in Ayia Thekla and would like to have the property renovated, we are based in the UK for most of the year and have a agent manage the property for us.  The property is need of refreshment and we would like some builders to quote us can you please email on [email protected] or whatsapp + 447947465566 and i will forward you some images to give you an idea of the work needed.

We are moving to Cyprus this year and would like to know what taxes we will have to pay for our used goods. E.g. clothes, ornaments, kitchenware, toolbox, TV etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, there’s a beautiful little kitten living in the hedge of our holiday villa. We’ve been feeding him/her but will be going home soon. Any advice on what we can do for him? The woman next door strongly objects to us feeding him.
