Best bank to deposit rental income in whilst living in UK

Hello
Alpha Bank are to charge me 200 euros a year simply to maintain my savings account in Cyprus whilst my agent deposits my rental income locally and it remains in Cyprus!! That is unreal.
Can anyone advise of a better bank that will not charge this ridiculous amount or indeed the best place to put my rental income ?
