Pet advice

I need information on a vet close to where my husband lives. He recently moved to cyprus. My 2 cats and dog arrived yesterday from South africa. My one cat hasn't urinated since his arrival yesterday morning. Not sure when he last did. Not eating or drinking water. Hiding under the bed. Need to know the closest vet. Problem is we still don't have a car to take him. Need urgent advice please.
