Cyta fibre optic Internet

Hi - we had Cyta internet installed in June.  The engineer who came and set it up said the village wasn't due to move to fibre until late 2025 at the earliest.  The copper wire connection we have is dreadful - 50mbps on a good day, more often sub 20mbps, poor bandwidth and it drops out whenever it feels like it - and quite often unavailable.
