Permit fo pets (dogs)

Hello.
I am new on this site and living in Liopetri, Cyprus, from 2,5 years. I come from France.
I receive today a letter from the Liopetri Community about the issuance of a permit for my dog.
Could somebody tell me something about it and.... the cost, I am sure it's not free (lol).
