Hello just a quick question are travel restrictions changing on monday the 21st February? I travel to paphos on Wednesday the 23rd and my wedding planner said from Monday the 21st if I’m vaccinated I will not need to take a pcr test to enter Cyprus. Is this correct as I can’t find anything stating otherwise on line thank you
