footpath maintenance

I have written to Erimi council regarding the poor condition of the path between Apostolos Andreas and Kyprou roads. I have requested some attention be taken to repairing the path. I admit that this is because of my health situation which makes walking on the path particularly dangerous. have I approached the right authority?
