Can anyone recommend: plumber near ayia napa

looking for plumber to fit replacement water tank.  it is the cold water tank which is on roof of apartment block

had message few days ago regarding our apartment in ayia napa.  roofs being re-waterproofed and when our water tank was moved it is leaking.  no great surprise as all the tanks on roof are old and rusty. probably never been changed.  so our water supply has been turned off until we have tank replaced.

Now the complicated part.  we are moving to cyprus in next month & until house purchase completes will be staying in this apartment.  myself and 10yr old daughter plus 3 dogs will be getting there at earliest at 11pm.  obviously dont want to stay with no water.   so really need it done before we arrive.   would a cypriot plumber be likely to agree to do the work and pay the day after arrive??  or would they take payment by bank transfer or debit card (from our new bank of cyprus account). 

Not sure if in cyprus workmen expect cash before start the work
