I am a 54 year old qualified personal trainer based in London but am currently Tala.
I am offering online one to one and small group training via zoom for my clients old and new.
1-1 sessions are 20% off during the corona virus and small group training is 10 euros per person.
I specialise in lower back pain, arthritis pain and exercise for the over 50's.
Having had chronic back pain for many years I understand what it is like to be unfit, have no confidence in being able to exercise.
I have an app and train clients in person as 121 or small groups as well as online using my App and Facebook.
