I've just acquired an apartment for my own use on the fifth floor in the Finikoudes area of Larnaca and need to change all the furnishings, including curtains, beds, mattresses, etc. as soon as possible.

Where is the best place to go to buy these and does anyone know of anyone who removes the old beds and mattresses, sofa, etc.

We holiday in Cyprus, but live in the UK and need to store car for about 8 or 9 months a year.  Can anyone recommend a garage, etc., that will collect car from Larnaca airport, and deliver when we return, keeping it undercover for rest of year?

Just to update everybody, since our Larnaca Solicitor transferred our life's savings to someone else's account we have spent nearly 3 years going round in circles, we have now heard back from his insurance company saying that he is not insured for cyber crime, even though he personally walked to the Bank of Cyprus in Larnaca, personally filled out the paying in slip and transferred the money in person, no buttons were pushed at any time, they are hiding behind the small print because apparently he received an email which he thought was from us changing the bank details, yet never once did he check by a phone call or text, if this is not incompetence and negligence I don't  know what is, yet the Cypriot Law Society says he has done nothing wrong in their opinion.

I was on a bus this morning from aiy naa to.larnaca, and I forgot a medium-sized Grey bag.

Is there any problems with squatters, break-ins, or any other crimes in the area. 

We are thinking of renting a house on a long term basis and will be visiting Cyprus on the 90/180 day basis but will rent the whole of the year and hopefully on a permanent basis. 

I am new to this forum, and would like to attend classes for beginners in Greek. I am comfortable with the alphabet and know some basic greetings, but that's all. I would like to learn individually or in a small group, with lessons 2 or 3 times a week. I will be in Cyprus from 30 October to 25 November, staying on the Makenzy side of Larnaca. Do you have any recommendations?

We sold our land in Larnaca in 2021 and our Larnaca Lawyer advised us to have the money transferred to his account, that’s the last we saw of it. He said that he had received an email which he thought was from us giving a new bank account to put the money in 🙄 needless to say nothing to do with us, does anyone know of something similar happening, and did they ever recover their money?
