I have received different answers to this question and would like to know if there's a policy or best practice guideline: in Cyprus, and Nicosia in particular, is it recommended NOT to flush TP down the toilet? My landlord says I can, my friends who've lived here for two and three decades say I absolutely shouldn't. My newly rented apartment is in a 1970s building.
