MPV Rentals Ltd is a small UK company run by a group of apartment owners in Mazotos Panoramic Village (MPV) near
Larnaca in Cyprus. We manage holiday rentals at MPV for approximately 15
apartments throughout the year.
We are looking for an On-Site
Rentals Manager whose role is
to manage all rental bookings at MPV; provide support to guests during their
stay and provide quality control management for a range of contractors carrying
out cleaning and maintenance work on-site.

Specific
Duties and Responsibilities

Manage
all rental bookings at MPV using the Little Hotelier booking system
·
Supervise
the quality of the preparation and cleaning of the apartments at MPV for all
rental guests
·
Provide
a single point of contact for all rental guests, including “meeting and
greeting” guests; handing over apartment keys and providing any additional
support to guests when needed

Supervise
contractors working at MPV to ensure quality control management of these activities
·
Manage
the site so that it is a safe, clean environment for all rental guests
Candidate Skills
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hard-working, organised, and
preferably have a working knowledge of the use of computers in hotel front desk
operations and possibly property maintenance. In addition, the candidate will
be expected to have strong customer facing skills and be capable of working
independently and as a member of a team. Given the nature of holiday rentals,
it is expected that the candidate will be prepared to work flexible hours to
meet the needs of the holiday guests. A knowledge of both Greek, English and
possibly Russian, would be an advantage.
Benefits
This position is a contract post, initially for a period of 12 months.
The successful candidate will be paid a 10% commission on all fulfilled
bookings during the year and will be provided with rent free accommodation on
site.
