Good day

I post this message today with huge concern regarding the inefficiency of the Town council (Municipality) in Tala.

Sure, they remove broken skip bins however, will not replace them.

After having contacted the council I was told via e-mail they would not be replacing any skip bins and it was up to the residents in Tala to replace them.  Upon saying I was not going to be paying my 220.00 euro annual council bill  I was told, Oh we will  still collect your rubbish from the bin you provide so you have to pay.

Well.... If they are not collecting my rubbish then I am not paying.

I am now making use of an alternate refuse removal site - which is a pain as it takes a drive - however...

We as a community need to stick together on this as it is the Municipalities responsibility to provide Skip Bins for the TAX PAYING residence.

They should not be allowed to get away with this.

We will be moving to Frenaros in a couple of months from the Paphos area. Does anyone know of anyone who be able to look after our small dog during the day. We may also need someone who take her for 1 or 2 overnight stays whilst we are moving in to our new place.
