Xylofagou community tax 2020

Has anybody received their community tax bill yet? It was 256 euros last year and has jumped to 336 this year!
Yes mine has gone from 236 to 336 .went to the mayor .all got was I have had to
Live in the village for 15years . Also our over 65 discount has been stopped
He is very rude and unhelpful.
