FEEDING STRAY DOGS

At the moment I am feeding a stray bitch hound who seems to have had pups in the Tsada area. I cannot trap her at this time but wondered if anyone knows of anybody who can help me in finding the pups. I have an idea where they may be. However do I need to get permission to go on the land and look for them? If anyone can give me advice or help that would be great. I am retired so picking up large dogs is not something I can physically do.
