Registering A Residents Association
Hello, Have been trying to track down the Department where I can find the Registrar for Associations in Larnaca. Have emailed various gov.cy departments and had responses (quite quickly) telling me they have forwarded to another department, and so on, and so on, but haven't been able to locate this elusive Registrar and where he/she is actually based. Is there anyone out there who has been through the process of registering a Residents Association as an NGO in the Larnaca District for a Complex. Would very much appreciate it if you could let me know who you dealt with to get registered. A search for the relevant forms on the internet via various government sites has also come up zero. Apparently we need :
For the registration of a new Association, the following forms must be submitted to the District Officer of the district where the Association has its registered office:
- Form S1 – Type A1 – Application for registration of Association
- Form S2 – Founding Act of the Association
- Form S3 – Signed Constitution
- Form S5 – Members of the Board of Directors
- General Form 1 – Type D1 – Declaration
