No water bill.

Hi. We purchased a apartment in Peyia March this year. I am getting concerned because we still havnt received a water bill. I am living in the UK so I can't go to the municipal building in Peyia.
I have emailed the water dept several times they havnt replied at all. I phoned the chap at the water dept he was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are concerned that our water will be cut off. Can anyone help.
