Remote for IPTV box

Hello, thanks for letting me join. We have just arrived in Pafos and we brought our IPTV box with us from Malta. And for some reason the remote has stopped working, I’ve tried to find an electronic shop that might sell them without any luck. I’ve tried a multiple one (4in1) can anyone tell me were I can get one that will work with our box please. This is the one that’s pack up
