Help with local knowledge of complexes in Peyia

Hi, I’m looking for some local info on some complexes I’m viewing later this week. Both have a few properties for sale, which has made me pause and want to know more before going further.

1. Peyia Valley. We’ve viewed on this complex before but there are a lot of properties now for sale. It has deeds and Hadjidemosthenous isn’t the worst builder. Any issues that anyone knows of please?

2. Coral View resort. We know less about this one, maybe Panaretti? Again supposedly has deeds but properties seem in poor repair and I believe pool is now drained. I believe this complex relied heavily on holiday trade so May just be a blip? Again any insight will be very welcome.

3. Paschali Sunset. Apartment looks nice and we know where it is, but have never visited. Paschali has a poor reputation but it does have great views. Any insight into who manages it, or any known issues would be great thanks.

We lived in Peyia 2016-2018 and are looking to return once Covid pssses. We can’t afford to make a bad choice so we appreciate any help or insight offered.
