Can anyone recommend: Building surveyor and seismic/geology expert

I intend to buy a house in Tala area and need to find a good surveyor who can do robust property tests, including seismic resistance and not just a tick box exercise. Would prefer vat-free arrangement but I really need someone robust. 

If you have experience in it, can you also please advise me if any other tests/surveys are needed.
