Residential Apartment

Myself and my husband Richard are looking at relocating to Oroklini permanently.
We are looking at 2 bed apartments but we have noticed a lot of them are left empty and only used for occasional holiday use. We would like some advise on which are residential complexes and therefore being lived in.
