Advice for British/Dutch pensioners moving to Larnaca

Hello, we are in the process of moving from Amsterdam to Larnaca - we are British/Dutch pensioners who would like to meet other Dutch pensioners who enjoy playing bridge and who might give us advice regarding our move from Holland (for example transferring AOW pension from NL to CY and setting up our healthcare via the CAK). Any advice on these topics welcome!
