Lachi or paphos

Hi we want to return again but having looked at new areas paphos central or latchi we are unsure which will be the best for a relaxing birthday and anniversary
Our last stay was coral Bay and loved it but want to explore more with quante places to cycle and walk too
Any help greatly appreciated
