Hi,. After a recent health issue in the UK I need to get my affairs in order. I have a property in Kissonerga which is jointly owned with my son and need to know whether I need to have a Cypriot Will created to ensure a smooth transfer of it to my son in the event of my death or does joint ownership do that anyway?
