Buying in Tersefanou

Hi all, I am nee on here came across this website as I was looking to buy in Tersefanou and wondered if anyone could give me any advise on this area the pros and cons of having a holiday home here, is there any shops, restaurants or bars in this village ? 
Also any area to avoid in the village ?

And I think if I am correct there may not be any public transport there and I would need a vehicle there,
