Lost: iPhone 11 Pro max and bank card - lost/stolen around Pirate's Club area

Very long shot but my son was out last night/early hours and has lost his iPhone and bank card (HSBC) somewhere around the Pirate's Club area or possibly in the taxi on the way back to Dhekelia. Does anybody know of any other sites, forums, people to contact etc who may be able to help? Is there a lost property place or anything? Also, does anybody know if there are any particular taxi firms that operate in the area who we could contact? (We've phoned a couple but could do with local's knowledge)
We've done all the obvious things, reported to the police, locked the phone etc. (Find my iPhone not working) but it contains sentimental photographs of family etc which we don't think are backed up on icloud.... 
I realise this is like trying to find a needle in a haystack but there might just be some good samaritans left out there...
