Just wondering if anyone can give any information on this complex, We have been told that there is a problem with subsidence and a few houses are affected
Obviously that’s a bit of a worry as we know about the problems expats have had in Pissouri. Any advice would be gratefully received, Many thanks. Alis
Hi, there does appear to be a problem as some of the properties have visible cracks in them, not sure if that is subsidence or not.
If you are thinking of buying on the complex, it would be advisable to have an independant survey done (if they do that in Cyprus).
Also visit the complex to see for yourself.

Yes thanks for your reply, We have been to visit the complex with an estate agent and she said it’s not subsidence. It only seems to be 2 properties affected and there are no visible signs on the other properties so if we go ahead we will get a structural survey done 😊. Ma
