Hi All, looking at Argaka

Hi everybody, new to the forum & thinking about a permanent move to Cyprus.

We've had numerous holidays to the island, usually in the coral bay area, & have also spent time in Larnaca, but definitely prefer the west of the island.

Recently spotted a property for sale in Argaka, realised it's not an area we've been to, although did once spend a day in Latchi & liked it a lot.

Anyway, like the idea of slightly more rural properties, places with a bit more space & privacy around them, which the argaka property seems to offer, but what's the area generally like ?, I'm guessing for a shopping, doctors etc it's a trip in to Polis, but what local facilities are in place ?, & as Brits🇬🇧 (& dog owners🐶), is the local population accepting ?, don't get me wrong, I'm a big believer of the "when in Rome, do as the romans do" approach & would be very keen to integrate, but just thought I'd ask, as this would be a massive step for us .
