A property near me has been empty for around 6 months but recently I have seen people there a few times a week. They never use the front door, only enter via the patio door which seems odd to me?
This could be all innocent but then again not. If I see them again who should I report this to?

Hi I actually called the police for one by me but by the time they came the people had left. It as also reported to the Council but again no reply
The property in question near was in Konteas Road right at the bottom and has now be empty/derelict for 3 years and is rotten
