How much would a simple two bedroom flat with two orchards in Agros rent or sell for?

Hello,
I am new to the Agros Forum.
My father is from Agros but now needs to be in a nursing home in Nicosia where my sisters live. He owns a two-bedroom flat which has been semi-modernised. There are also two orchards on the property that could be used for a garden and parking space if that is of interest.
My father now needs to either sell the flat or rent it out so we would be grateful for advice on how to do this. Does anyone know of someone who could go and value the flat?
